His ferritin is 33 and vitamin d is 62.

Does he need an iron panel if we have ferritn numbers?

Can he begin HC prior to iron panel?

how much hc would you suggest?

His main symptoms are fatigue and constant gum infections and he's very thin.

Lately he's breaking out in ugly pimples on his face.
