Guest guest
Dear Val, I have reduced cortisol a bit, to 30 mg, to see if it helps, but I am puzzled with the way I feel right now. Before T3 cleared I was not doing very well and i think it was mostly adrenal problems (in part because of a stressful situation in my lefe), I was nauseous, anxious, panicky, and my OCD was worse. After rT3 cleared a few days ago this is much improved, no nausea and OCD and anxiaty are better. Now I am very, very sleepy (I feel as if I was under the efect of some tranquilizer). And I have chosen the word sleepy instead of tired because I think it describes better how I feel... I wonder if this is just all the exhaustion from my previous stress coming now? Also I am a bit worried about having a high pulse (112 right now) , because I do not feel at all hyper otherwise (I tried drinking salted water to see if it was because of lack of sodium, but no change). Although salted water didn't change my pulse it had the very good effect of preventing me from waking up in the middle of the night to pee (and I din't need to pee so much during the day). Does this tell something about my current adrenal situation. I am going to have a blood draw on Monday and I wonder if there is something I could test (appart from thyroid hormones), which could help me to sort out what is going on (meaning by my pulse is so high and by I feel so really sleepy). Thanks, > Well if you are stil on cortios it may be a bit miuch now that Rt3 has > cleared. > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > >

Guest guest
Would sodium and postasium be enough or should I add as well chloride and bicarbonate? Guest guest
Thanks Val, but live in Spain and can't find anything equivalent to the eletrolyte panel. I guess I need them spelled out! Sorry (I am trying to search for information and not post too much, but I can't find this one, it maybe a good idea to write about this test, what exactly does one have to test, etc, in the rT3 web page...) > > The panel ois cheaper thsn the individual tests and has all of them.
