Guest guest
Many here have had good results with bluebonnet iron. This one is supposed to be non-constipating: http://www.iherb.com/Bluebonnet-Nutrition-Chelated-Iron-90-Vcaps/11571?utm_sourc\ e=acr & utm_medium=c Iron can be hard on the stomach (I have gastritis, too). I've seen it recommended, for best absorption, to take iron and Vit C on an empty stomach - I could NEVER do that, my gastritis would go nuts. I have to take my iron + Vit C with food. Starting on a low dose of iron then increasing over a few weeks helps with digestive issues, too. Ideal dose to raise ferritin is 150-200 mg elemental iron daily (6 of the bluebonnets a day). For best absorption not all in one dose, but divided into at least two doses. You can get around all of this and raise ferritin quickly with Venofer iron IV's (that's what I do). Their drawbacks are they are expensive and it's tough to find a doctor who will do them. Low ferritin + hypo contributed greatly to my anxiety problems. Improving both has led to a significant improvement. Hope this helps. > > > Natural thyroid has 38mcg T4 and 9mcg T3, T4 is what RT3 is made from, > > It si unlikely that you can get rid of RT3 when you add more T4 to the > > mix which si why we use T3 ony;l. > > > > -- > > > > http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ > > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > > http://faqhelp.webs.com/ > > > > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ > > http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ > > > > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > > > > >
