Guest guest
Hi Pati: I think El's right, there is not much to be learned from testing RT3 right now. These tests will be necessary in the future, but at this point (only three weeks on T3-only) RT3 can be low in your blood, yet still present in your receptors (which the blood test won't show). Very glad to hear you're feeing better! > > Hi All, I started cytomel only 3 weeks ago and am feeling so much better. I am wondering if it is still worthwhile to have the free T3 & RT3 tested? (any other blood tests that I should order on my own from direct labs?) > > My temps are now pretty stable, they only very a couple of points during the day and average out to 98.2 > > Should I order the cort. saliva testing? Used to be tv ads hawking this stuff talked about " back fat " as being a symptom. Just before started t3 only my weight jumped 25 lbs, I also follow a pretty strict low carb diet. I have excess weight around waist, upper back, back of thighs and those baggy upper arms are now the size of suitcases. > > Thanks in advance, Pati >
