Info. about robot for obesity surgery

Hi there. I was just watching my local news channel (I'm in Falls Church,

VA) and there was some information about obesity surgery. There is a robot

called the " Aesop Robot " (not sure about the spelling) that assists doctors

in doing the laparospic gastric bypass! It's supposed to be better because

it can reach in further with less pressure to place the staples. It was a

Louis , MD was the bariatric surgeon in the report. I'm in the

research phase, and I'm trying to decide if I want to try the various drugs

on the market (not sure about long term use) or go right to the surgery. If

anyone would care to share how they made their decision, I'm sure many of us

would benefit!
