Federal? The federal government has no jurisdiction over it unless you sell

them to people out of state. Not that that stops them with, say, narcotics

or environmental issues.

That...strikes me as a bad thing to do. Granted, it's already published on

the web, but you never want to attract the attention of the government,

especially since one of them is in your state. If you ask me, it would have

been far better just to ask her to name the specific law which makes it

illegal and to ask her why the state is enforcing federal laws.

I wouldn't mind, but being neither a lawyer nor a dairy farmer, I can't

promise to give only good advice. Is there anyone here who's better

qualified?
