Help with RT3 to Free T3 ratio

I am trying to understand my RT3 to Free T3 ratio.

RT3: 253 pg/ml (90-350 pg/ml)

Free T3: 2.9 pg/ml (2.5-3.9 pg/ml)

I double & tripled checked my lab report and all the units are the same.

My ratio is: Free T3/RT3 =.0114. This does not make sense

According to STTM the ratio should be > 19.

I am new to this so I don't know which information is right or wrong. The math

is simple. I am questioning either the units or the numbers form the lab or is

the 19 ratio a Typo in STTM? Someone who is use to looking at these numbers

should be able to tell in an instant.

Once I get this straightened out....... then what do I do with the number.
