Guest guest
A month ago my temps went up (after 12 weeks of T3 only) and had a blood draw. Some of the results were ready very quickly and it was here concluded I was hyper (I went down from 75 T3 to 50) and needed Sodium and Potassium supplements (which I am taking now): Fasting glucose: 93 mg/dl (65-110) Sodium: 138.0 mEq/L (135-145) Potasium 3.96 mEq/L (3.5-5) Ferritin: 121.7 ng/ml (12-200) THYROID: TSH: less than 0.005 uU/ml (0.5-5) Free T4: 0.21 ng/dl (0.8-2.2) Total T3: 5.45 ng/ml (0.8-1.8) Free T3 : 10.37 pg/ml (1.8-4.2) Now I got the remainder of the labs from that first blood draw and I am concerned about high Aldosterone and low insuline (I am not diabetic yet, but I guess I have " sugar issues " , which I am controling quite effectively through diet). Also I was supplementing 30 cortisol and 15 DHEA (not taken before the blood draw): Aldosterone: 309 pg/ml (10-105) renin: 0.47 ng/ml/h (0.4-1.9) cortisol: 16.6 ug/dl (5-25) DHEA: 1.5 ug/ml (0.75-4.1) basal insulin: 2.53 uUI/ml (6-27) What does this all mean? Many thanks,
