New to group and Lab results

Hi!

I'm new to this group and just got the following labs:

TSH - .09

Free T-4 -> .8 Range .8 - 1.8 ng/dl

Free T-3 -> 281 Range 230-420 PG/DL

Reverse T3 -> 16 Range 11-32 ng/dl

Vitamin D -> 41 Range 18-72

For the ratio...Do I divide 281/16 to get 17.5 which needs to be above 20?

Does this indicate that I need more T-3? From what? Cytomel?

I'm currently on Armour 120. Slowly my numbers have gone done

I am hoping to get a saliva test done next week to test cortisol, also Ferritin!
