Guest guest
Thanks, Val. Is it strange, though, to have lower potassium (3.8) along with the low blood pressure and high pulse yet low temps too? I am at the end of week 6 on 70mcg T3. From what I've read about aldosterone, lower potassium is more often seen with high aldosterone. I'm trying to figure out if these are hyper symptoms or aldosterone issues. Still cold, though! My temps are usually hovering around 97.5. My pulse remains 92 - 96 BPM and last night was 104 - 108. I tried the salt water test, waiting an hour, and it didn't adjust this. I remember my doc saying my pupils didn't dilate properly (this was 6-7 months ago prior to T3 treatment, etc.) which again seemed to indicate low aldosterone. You'd said my 4x cortisol levels were ok when I'd first posted upon joining the group. What do you think is going on? > > Yes you can have low aldosterone and good cortisol they can be > indiependent of each other though low aldo wiht good cortisl is less > common. > > -- > > http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://faqhelp.webs.com/ > > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ > http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ > > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ >
