Hi Molly,

I take Zantac and find that is very effective in

controlling reflux symptoms and CU problems. I also

tried Axid, Pepcid and one other H2 type blocker that

I cannot recall. I have found that the Zantac 150 mg

twice per day worked the best for me. I do not take

Zyrtec, although is helped with the CU symptoms, it

made me very sleepy. My current meds for CU are:

Zantac 150 mg twice per day

Allegra 60 mg twice per day

Doxepin 50 mg at bedtime

Singulair 10 mg at bedtime

For me, Allegra worked much better than Clairitan.

Many people have found that Zyrtec and Zantac work

very well together, although most need to add either

doxepin, atarax or periactin to the combination to

really good relief.

Hope this helps you.
