I'd say you should use grass-fed butter for EVERYTHING, but if you bake or

use butter in other high-temperature applications and you have a cheaper

source of pasteurized grass-fed butter, I suppose you could save a few

bucks by using that. That said, I'd say go with the very best food you can

get, and do the least possible damage to it you can.

I'd always choose the best butter I can get - which at the present time is

grass-fed and organic. Keep in mind that commercial butter may have other

undesirable components (growth hormones, antibiotics, ?). So I'd recommend

organic grass-fed if available. If not, then I'd go with organically

produced at least.
