Val takes around 125mcg. these days I think. I take 87.5mcg. There are various dosage levels amounst all of us. Val does normally state that most of us need between 75-125mcg of T3 o clear out RT3 levels but I know some on higher, and lower doses once they actaully settle on a final dose.

Hi i was wondering what is the maximun dosage of T3 people on this site take?i was looking on Naturethyroid site and it says 3 grains is the equivalent of 75mcg of t3 and 300mg of t4.does anyone take 75mcg t3 here?steve

Hey, thanks for that.

i'm getting my adrenals sorted out first. i was on t3 before and nothing

happened then i went back to it and it worked for a week. then it stopped

working. that was years ago now.

i hate feeling cold and miserable. but im giving it another try.

did it take long for you to respond?
