Usually treating the adrenal problems first is recommended. Until they are

improved, you may not be able to tolerate T3.

Your low ferritin may also hamper your progress on T3. With low ferritin you

may not be able to tolerate increases as much/as often/at all. Once you get

your ferritin to 50 you may be able to start " low and slow " on the T3 while you

continue to raise your ferritin.

YES - oral iron can worsen gastritis. I've seen it recommended, for best

absorption, to take iron and Vit C on an empty stomach - I could NEVER do that,

my gastritis would go nuts. I have to take my iron + Vit C with food, that's

solved the gastritis problem. Starting on a low dose of iron then increasing

over a few weeks helps with digestive issues, too.

I suggest reading Nick's website from end-to-end, the info there will be a huge

help on this journey.

My stomach is very sensitive especially with the gastritis. What does a person

do if they can't tolerate iron? Also, could I treat the adrenal probelms, and

RT3 problem the same time??
