I was not having much of adrenal problem until I started on more thatn 20mcg of

T3. I am having a prolem dosing the cortef with this much T3. From being on

the adrenal forum for years. and doing this protocol, I don't think they would

be able to guide me. I need help dosing with this schedule for the Rt3

protocol. I don't know when to take more of the cortef or how much and I don't

want to just stress dose

7 - 18.75 T3 and 10mg cortef

10am 18.75 T3 5 cortef

1pm 12.5 5 cortef

4 12.5 2 1/2 cortef

Thank you

Ellen
