hi, my rt3 is off the charts (and who knows how long it has been since ive been

dealing with health and low temp problems for 4 years now) at 446 (ref range

90-350). Even the preventative/holistic doc i see doesn't think i need it since

my Ft3 is t 3.2-3.5 area. TSH is around 2-3 usually... my antibodies have gone

up and then down so i'm not sure if it's hashimotos either. My doc says my age

and sex isn't likely i'm hashi (22 m)

2 months ago:

TSH 2.62

Ft3: 3.2 ( ref range 2.3-4.2)

Ft4: 1.26 (ref range .80-1.80)

TPO ab <25 (ref range 0-60)

Thyroglobulin 53.4 (0-60)

Thyroglobulin seemed a bit high but was told not to worry

rt3: 446 (ref range 90-350)

1 month ago (after treating a b12 deficiency i found I had, which normalized):

TSH: 1.96

Ft3 3.5 (2.3-4.2)

ft4: 1.5 (.89-1.76)

TPO 36 (<25) ELEVATED

thyroglobulin 20 (<80)

doc didn't check rt3

Ferritin 265 (ref range 20-450)

Iron 110 (20-190)

TIBC 294 (250-450)

% saturation 37 (20-55)

WHy did my antibodies switch? The first time my thyroglobulin was high, then it

went down after b12 (during b12, felt less hypo symptoms wise but temp constant

at 95 at 3pm). And TPO is elevated which wasn't elevated before. Not sure if it

has anythign to do with b12.

In the past 8 months since my crash, my TSH has gone from 1.060 > 1.80 > 2.90 >

2.6 > 1.96. My doc won't treat me because my ft3 is normal now. Is my ferritin

high? Could it a sign of inflammation due to adrenals?

My saliva test was low morning, low-mid afternoons, and high nighttime.

However, after b12 my adrenal symptoms went away and my morning blood cortisol

was REALLY high at 24.7 (4.3-22.4) and 5pm was still high at 11.0 (3.09- 16.66)

My doc says that in true adrenal fatigue, cortisol is low in the morning, then

highest at 3pm, and then comes down all the way to nighttime.. and then strikes

back up during sleep. Either way, my adrenals are making and not making cortisol

(based on symptoms as well) from b12..

sorry for the unorganized post but i'm not really sure what's goin on. Do i have

adrenal issues or not.. my current labs say too high cortisol. And do i have

hashis? Not sure what is up with all this.

I went back and checked a lab from 2 years ago and my TSH was a 3.65!
