Guest guest
So do I get dry mouth because I drink too LITTLE sea salt or TOO MUCH sea salt? I know too much salt can make you go thirsty - BUT if you have low Aldosterone, it can also dry your body up on the inside. Am I right? So either way, we never know if we need more or less sea salt! Til one do an Aldosterone test, bloor and/or urine, and see what that is at!I have a huge pressure in the RIGHT side of my head, got arrhythmia again today (15 seconds of it) and don't know what to do with my dry mouth!
