For Val, Adrenal results for , please review

Val, after weaning myself back off delta, I took the saliva test again last

week and have the results. I will give you a little background on my treatment

plan just to remind you, I know you are helping a lot of people.

On the left, my results when I first got started, no meds at all. On the right

was my test from last week. I started out on 1/4 grain, worked up within 6

months to 6 grains without much improvement, but no adrenal reaction to the

armour at all. I was taking 5 mg Delta the whole time. At your suggestion, two

months ago, I dropped all armour for several days while ramping up to 27.5 mg

h/c, and added back 3 grains & then worked up to 4. I remained on this

schedule until a month before testing,ramped down for two weeks & then totally

off HC and test. I remained at 4 grains to testing date. I took my 4 grains on

test day, swallowed. Never did have any kind of hyper episode or noticable

improvement in energy. Also, I have had my ferritin run & should have that

result any day now. If it is low, it is not very low, I have been on 150 mg

elemental iron a day for several months now. My primary symptom is total

exhaustion all the time.No other medications do I take. Oh, I also need to

mention, I am 47. I have always had regular periods until 6 months ago, they

totally stopped. I have been supplementing with progesterone cream for a year

(stopped a month prior to test) and had my first period this month, 21 days

before I tested. I appreciate you taking the time to evaluate these results,

Val I trust you more than any doctor out there. I am also attaching this in Word
