Guest guest
Yep thats right. I wonder if this is a positive side effect of HC therapy I am on a higher than usual amount of HC (50mg), my temps still aren't stable, but if I dose 5 HC every hour before 4pm, I am able to stay awake. I do have many emotional/personal stressors with my move which is probably requiring extra cortisol... I continue to briefly wake up 2hrs before I intend to fully wake up. I do take 5mg HC at bedtime and that does allow me to go back to sleep when I wake up. 1)Can too much HC create unstable temps? 2)The fact that I can't sleep through the night means I don't have enyough cortisol--OR I need to chage my dosing? 3)And if it gets worse (waking up 5am, not going back to sleep) when I add T3 that is another sign of cortisol shortage.....Right?
