Guest guest
I just checked pulse it is 101 so I am doing the 'sea salt test' and will see if pulse goes down. BP is 106 over 64, could this be an indication of low sodium? > > I used to add sea salt to all 8-10 cups of water each day. > Lately I've decreased my salt intake and I wonder if this could be the reason I am feeling unsteady on my legs. kinda wobbly. And I cannot bear weight on legs or arms, if I do bear weight my arm or leg shakes like a parkinsonian. > > What is the right amount of salt I should be taking each day? >
Guest guest
It's looking good! Pulse went down to 91 and bp remained the same 106 over 69. I thought salt raises blood pressure? > > > > I used to add sea salt to all 8-10 cups of water each day. > > Lately I've decreased my salt intake and I wonder if this could be the reason I am feeling unsteady on my legs. kinda wobbly.
