Val/I think I had a cortisol crisis

My daughter had to give me 1mg dexamethzone last night. Feeling scary bad. I

am starting to feel bad again. I had to been adding electrolytes all day and by

last night I was not feeling well. What can I do int he meantime before I can

take my aldosterone test. I can hardly stand up. Shortness of breath, weak,

legs hurt and back.
