Guest guest
I am revisiting this subject as it has come to my attention this is happening on a regular basis. Our moderators here are a precious commodity. They are carefully chosen for their knowledge on my groups and we HAVE to respect their time away from the groups. We NEED our own time. I have noticed when I take a day off the groups I get 30+ private emails from group members., I will no longer answer those and simply delete them. I am suggesting to my moderators they do the same. The only way we can help the THOUSANDS of members of these groups and continue to be here for all of you is to have our down time respected. I am burning out. I am sure some of you have noticed my abrupt answers and lack of patience I did not used to have, and this is not any one person;s fault, But I have been moderating large groups for 12 years now and that is a LONG time to have this responsibility. PLEASE consider your posts carefully before hitting the send button. Is it complete with everything we need to know to answer you? Is it just a chatty post or even a simple Thank You? While Thank You's are nice, they are more list traffic. I ask politely that you include them in your regular posts and not make separate emails to do this. We are working on a two websites(for adrenals) that will answer the basic questions that get very repetitive here, they will be required reading for list members and to go to for routine answers to also reduce the amount of posts on the adrenals group, the RT3 already has a wonderful website Nick put up for that purpose, Please use these! The links are in my signature lines, though the adrenals group sites are not done yet. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
