If you cant seem to ever feel good, have low adrenals, always have high reverse

T3, I would suggest you get a food allergy test and find what your allergic to

and avoid it. I cut out gluten and my reverse T3 went from 240 to 101 in 1.5

months.

I feel a lot better now and a lot more stable, I'm able to take Naturethroid.

Also it might be good to take digestive enzymes with meals and probiotics to

help heal your gut and to absorb things better. Good health depends on a good

gut and digestion. When your able to absorb things better your health should

start improving.

I just wanted to share my experience with always having high reverse T3 until I

cut out all gluten from my diet and started fixing my digestion.
