The written report on the contents of our water made me decide a water filter was a priority. You can do this with a filter jug or have a filter cartridge attatched to your cold water supply pipe, anyway it's made a vast difference to both the quality and smell of our water, tastes and looks clearer, MUCH better- and No smell. best wishes, Margaret. > > _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com. Guest guest
My husband works for a local water company. While the water indeed has chlorine in it you have to realize that bottled water is not monitored whatsoever. Very often the water is simply taken out of a tap somewhere else and bottled. Don't be fooled into thinking that you are doing something better for your family. You could in fact be giving them something that could harm them because there are no regulations. Guest guest
Another thing about the bottled water -- the water plant where my husband works tested many different types of bottled water -- over 70% had bacteria in it. There is no expiration date on bottled water. Once the bacteria has entered the water it can grow without any resistance.

I was on a silver colloidal list and we were always discussing the quality of bottled distilled water. We use steam distilled water to make colloidal silver. One of the men on the list had to go and repair the equipment at a bottled place and they were still running the bottles through even though the equipment was broke! We found out that the quality of the distilled water varied from month to month and batch to batch. I got tired of trying to find good steam distilled water and bought my own distiller. --Betty

Guest guest
I bought mine from http://www.discountjuicers.com/waterwise4000.html The Water Wise 4000 Water Distiller. They have others but this one was recommended to me. They don't give their discount price on the web but email it back quickly to you. --Betty ----- Original Message ----- From: Reichert <4sweetp@... > where do you find a distiller?!?!?!?!? Guest guest
Randee I just purchased a BRITA wtaer filter that attaches to the faucet. Ever since we have put this on ( 3 days now ) my son asks for water WITHOUT ANY JUICE. This is a great step for my son the juice lover. Also the water tastes sooooo much better with NO after taste. This cost $40 at Walmart and the filters are $27 for 3, change the filter every 2-3 months or so. At Walmart the filters are $16-19 a piece. Terry.B ( GLAD that Nik is discovering other drinks )
