Guest guest
That is a test to see if your sodium is too low and yeah yours is and that is causing high poulse. SO I woiuld start taking a pinch of sea sal tin all the water you drink for th eday to keep levels up a bit better than they are now. Salt goes up & down fast so just taking it 1-2 times a day si generally not enough, but better than none! -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/

Guest guest
Oh, a pinch in like a bottle of water for the day?? I just read that we were to take a teas. in 10 oz of water. I think it was in the Rt3 page that Nick wrote up for us. Do you advise a teas. in 10 oz of water too?VeniziaSubject: Re: did the sea salt....To: RT3_T3 Date: Friday, March 26, 2010, 7:16 PM That is a test to see if your sodium is too low and yeah yours is and that is causing high poulse. Guest guest
I put a teaspoon of salt in my liter water canteen whenever I fill it, so maybe 4 times a day? I also put a full teaspoon in 10oz of water first thing in the morning or if I am feeling poorly since it is much more concentrated thant the big bottle. Guest guest
This is far more than the 1/2 tsp 2 x day recommended on the STTM. Does this mean we can/should do more for low aldosterone? If so, how much is too much? > > > >From: <artisticgroomer@ jfwebs.com> > >Subject: Re: did the sea salt.... > >To: RT3_T3yahoogroups (DOT) com > >Date: Friday, March 26, 2010, 7:16 PM > > > > > > > >That is a test to see if your sodium is too low and yeah yours is and > >that is causing high poulse. Guest guest
The Teaspoon is to see if ti si low sodium causing high pulse,. It is a tewt dose which we want a clear answer to so that requires more salt. But for daily use to control high opulse and prop up low sodium levels you would add some to ALL the water you drink for the day for maybe a total of 1-2 teaspoons a day. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/

Guest guest
My aldosterone came back at 4 <range <=21 > and I am pretty sure I have 's so I waste much more salt than most. I started out doing the 1/2 teaspoon of salt a few times a day but it was no where near enough. Most recommend starting at the 1/2 teaspoon 2x a day and increasing based on need. Say if you get headaches, restless/anxiety, pounding heart etc. I am worse than most according to the NTHA group To much I guess you could tell be increased BP, swelling, increased headache etc. If I have to much salt and swell it only lasts until I have to pee. I don't really hold onto much at all. I started florinef 2 weeks ago and have felt a great improvement in my thirst/skin/salt needs. It is also crucial to use a good unrefined sea salt. I personally do best on the celtic grey sea salt. I tried the himilayan pink and it didn't work. I had a lot of low sodium symptoms so I think the salt compostition is different, it is a mined salt vs an evaporated sea salt.
