Someone on another forum posted a notice about over the counter

vitamin supplements being banned in Europe. Access to these

supplements is now only through pharmaceutical companies. I was

wondering if anyone else had heard about this and how much truth there

is to this notice.

One of the web addresses given was http://www.iahf.com/index2.html

They have been banned except, IIRC, in extremely low doses. You now

require a doctor's prescription for anything more, and you don't have many

options as far as fillers, formulations, etc.

(Well, when I say " now " I don't know that it means precisely " now " . I'd

imagine the ban is set for some point in the future, so that stores don't

have to throw out their entire stock of vitamins, for example.)
