Anxiety and Can't Sleep

I am experiencing high anxiety when I get in bed at night. I am not sleeping.

It does not seem to matter whether I any t3 or cortef at night. I am exhausted.

I am on 12 1/2 T3at 7, 10,1 adn 6 1/2 at 4. I am on about 20 mg of cortef.

When I raise the cortef, I start having severe stomach problems. What is

causing all the night time anxiety? Should I raise the night time dose or which

is the next dose I should raise.
