Hey . The exact same thing happened to me I had one week of 98.8-99.1

average and was so happy I was finally feeling warm. Next week I have dropped to

97.7-98.1 while at 43.75mcg!! I also have increased to 50 and no change. I am

almost at week 6. I know I don't feel as well as last week. Hopefully one of

the moderators will respond so we can shed some light on this because I don't

know which way to go either.

>Six days ago, I reached average temps of 98.6 and stayed there for five days on

a dose of 43.75mcg. Yesterday, my temps dropped to 97.6 on the same dose. I

increased to 50mcg and no change in temps today.

and start another cycle?

For that sudden a drop it's adrenal, not compensation. Compensation is

a slow drift in temperature.

Are you on adrenal support, how are you dosing the T3??
