They say you should not take T3 before your test, which means minimum 9 hours of no T3, from what I remember. Say you go to med midnight w/ T3, wake up at 8 pm, bloodsample at 9 pm, fine.I just did the aldo urine. Stay off salt for 24 hours in advance - is this correct? Anything else? Can I take my T3 in the AM before the test or is it best to get tested before the first dose?

I would wait on anything food drink or meds till after the blood draw.
