Does anyone else have multiple vitamin and mineral deficiencies related to their

untreated or undertreated hypothyroidism? Or enzyme issues? What have you

discovered?

I've already been tackling folate, B-12 and vit. D - which were all deficient.

I've also started vit. C, vit. E, magnesium, and fish oil.

Is there a reliable way to check for nutrient deficiencies - hair testing? I'm

wondering if my T3 conversion issues were related to selenium, zinc, or other

deficiencies in nutrients. I've read on here that it could be a mistake to supp

nutrients like selenium when on T3-only, but wouldn't a selenium deficiency pose

other health risks aside from just thyroid and be helpful or even necessary to

address?
