Guest guest
I wrote here that since I started taking iron my temps. have really gone up: My tempruture used to be 36.2 during the entier day and is now 36.9-37.0 . I know that I take only a small dose (50 mg a day) but it really made a difference in my temp. and the way I fell: when I walk for more then 20 min. I start to sweet and to feel so hot. This didn't happen for the last year and a half, only since starting taking the iron every day. So ,I must conclude that the iron supplements caused it. One of you wrote to me that that can happen because of 'iron pooling'. What does that mean? Could it be that this is effecting only my temps and not my BP? (my pulse is actually high also from time to time and can get easily to 100).Many thanks.
