Guest guest
Per the RT3 website, initial dose increases can be by filling in time slots. Once they are all filled in with one 5 mcg tablet per dose, you can start increasing them to two 5 mcg tablets, one at a time, starting with the morning dose. I dose at 5:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and bedtime (usually 9:00 p.m.) I took six 5 mcg doses for awhile, then recently increased to 35 mcg. My first 5 mcg increase was at the 5:30 a.m. dose. In order to go to 40 mcg, should the second increase be staggered to the third time slot, thus at 11:30 a.m.? And for 45 mcg, the third increase would be at 5:30 p.m.? Or should the increases be at each consecutive dosing time, thus 5:30, 8:30, 11:30, etc? Or does it not matter? I'm just wondering about trying to maintain consistent T3 levels in the body. Thanks. Peggy
