Lately I've decreased my salt intake and I wonder if this could be the reason I am feeling unsteady on my legs. kinda wobbly. And I cannot bear weight on legs or arms, if I do bear weight my arm or leg shakes like a parkinsonian. What is the right amount of salt I should be taking each day?
