I've used Thai Kitchen Pure over the last fews months with good health results. The consistency is like pudding. Got one can with more milk than cream so I now shake. Watch out for their Premium label that is new. They've added a preservative to that. The last can of pure I got had a soapy taste after a few days even though it was in glass in the refrigerator like all the others before. Harder to find the pure now and with that taste I'm going to go to coconut oil from coconut-info.com or the Wilderness Naturals which is a U.S. distributor of the former site.
