I've used Thai Kitchen Pure over the last fews months with good health

results.

The consistency is like pudding. Got one can with more milk than cream so I

now

shake. Watch out for their Premium label that is new. They've added a

preservative to that. The last can of pure I got had a soapy taste after a few

days even though it was in glass in the refrigerator like all the others

before. Harder to find the pure now and with that taste I'm going to go to

coconut oil from coconut-info.com or the Wilderness Naturals which is a U.S.

distributor of the former site.

They've added

a

Actually its an emulsifier (guar gum) to keep the milk from

separating.
