increasing T3 after iron IV's

My doctor said my iron will increase immediately on the IV's, and that I should be able to begin increasing T3 immediately after the IV's. I am currently on SR T3 at 15 mcg twice a day. I tried regular T3 last week but stopped after 2 days because I was so constantly exhausted. I want to try regular T3 again once I've had the IV's. I start a series of 3 IV's tomorrow and finish on Monday. Once I'm done, should it be okay to begin dosing T3 according to the schedule on the RT3 website?

According to the doctor, my ferritin should be good after the series of IV's, but I won't be tested for a month.
