Hi All,

I'm trying to figure out what I need to increase or change in my dosing

schedule. My face flushes and my temp drops .25 an hour after I take my lunch

and afternoon doses. Sometime I get dizzy after taking my medicine. I also am

having more problems falling asleep.

I am taking 30mg HC and 75mcg T3. I have been taking these doses for 10 days.

This is my 6th week of T3 only. My basal temp is 97.22 +/-.08 and daily average

have been 97.84 +/-.016 for last week. My ferritin was 54 (10-294 ng/mL) at

Thanksgiving and I have been supplementing 130mg iron daily since then.

My dosing:

6am 10mg HC, 25mcg T3

9am 7.5mg HC, 12.5mcg T3

noon 5mg HC, 12.5mcg T3

3pm 5mg HC, 12.5mcg T3

bed 2.5mg HC, 12.5 mcg T3

Any ideas on what to change would be appreciated. Should I increase T3 above

75mcg this soon? Do I need to change how I split my doses?

thanks,

Jennie

I woudl increase your iron to 200mg it sometimes takes that much to

bring it up. You also may ned to lower your cortiols if thes esymptos

start right after takign those doses try lwoering them by 2.5mg
