discomfortable felling aroung the heart

Hi all.I failed to take t3 and cortisol and you suggested maybe it is because low ferritin. Well, both my ferritin and my iron were low, so I am working on that first. I stopped taking the cortisol med about 10 days ago but I still get this uncomfortable feeling aroung the heart - not pain or palps. Why do you think that after 10 days I still feel that? maybe sea salt water will help?Thank you...
