Hashi's or Ferritin?

I think I am having a hashi's flare up or attack (feels like an attack!)

I've had similar thing over the last number of years but didn't know what it

was.

Does anyone know if any of these symptoms are NOT related to hashis:

- sore throat since Thursday (no cold or anything yet)

- swollen neck glands and sore arm pits

- resting heartrate 99, up to 125 when standing

- higher bp

- higher temp (99.2 basal this morning)

- extremely tender neck muscles (at the side)

- sore muscles all over.

I'm on 56.25 cytomel (in the 4th week of raises). RT3 ratio was 11.3 and I take

HC (30 mg).

If it's hashis, I understand it will stop eventually but I'm also worried that

it's not hashis and maybe my ferritin has dropped and all this could be related

to that?

I had two iron IVs and mid-Feb ferritin was 112. Then last week I had another

test to see how I was holding it and it was only 71 (I had been taking

supplements too). The test was day 2 of a really heavy period (which continued

for a number of days). I'm worried it has dropped a lot more from there and

that's what these symptoms relate to? But I also thought low ferritin symptoms

involve bad anxiety which I don't have. (I have iron IV scheduled for

Wednesday.)

I thought I read in other posts that with Hashis a person should keep taking T3

but I'm worried about this horrid heart rate - it's scary. I didn't take this

morning's 12.5 dose.

If anyone is familiar with these issues, what would you do? Take more T3 today

or wait? How long is it okay to not take T3?
