Guest guest
From serum on the 26th of March:Potassium 4.7Sodium 143Calcium 2.41Magnesium 0.91Why is Potassium so high? It's at the top range. Now, I was on FLUDROCORTISONE that day of the blood draw, but quit it the day after. Could Fludro cause Potassium to get released from the tissue and into the blood, or? Just wondering why it's so highish!I wasn't drinking a lot of salt at the time, so that Sodium is pretty much my "real" sodium value, which COULD (?) be a result of taking Fludro for 1 week prior to this blood draw. I had a very low sodium prior to starting Fludro, at 135/136 at two occations in the morning, without drinking a lot of salt first.Hmmm!!!
