Guest guest
None of the doctor's here in Austin seem to totally understand reverse T3 syndrome, but one has read about it and is willing to work on it with me; I am giving her info from Nick's site. I thought I had reverseT3 syndrome cause my rT3 is high, but not sure about the ratio Can someone help me understand this ratio (before my appt tomorrow/Monday 1 pm Central?): It doesn't fit the " ratio over 20 " rule but the units are off: Note that my cortisol is extremely high (4x saliva test) and I am under incredible stress: February test results Free T3 265 (ref 230-420 pg/dl) Rev T3 44 HIGH (ref 11-32 ng/dl) Does this look like Reverse T3 syndrome? I am on 12.5 mg of cytomel, was supposed to go up to 25 but that caused me complete insomnia til 7 am (I do take it in the morning), so doc said to back done to 12.5 until we retest free and reverse (tomorrow) and reevaluate. Thanks and sorry for the short notice, I am very sick with adrenals, thyroid, anxiety, depression and panic attacks. Today is the first day I could manage this issue.
