Based on the following labs, how many mg of Ashwaganda should I take? Will the

Ashwaganda raise or lower the cortisol?

Does Rhodiola raise or lower cortisol? How many mg should I take of it and at

what time(s) during the day/evening should it be taken?

Can I take both PS and Melatonin in the evening? (Note: I would take PS at

9:00 and Melatonin ½ hour prior.) Or, should I take PS just before I go to bed

or is this something that should be taken 1-2 hours before?

When taking herbs, does anyone know approximately how long it will take for the

cortisol to either decrease or increase?

CORTISOL

8 AM 3.66 (3.5-6.3)

Noon 1.56 (1.4-2.8)

4 PM 1.37 (0.8-2.4)

8 PM 1.11 (0.6-1.6)

Midnight 1.49 (0.3-1.2)

4 AM 1.94 (0.3-1.7)
