could this phenothiazine drug be making me cold?

my ME/CFS consultant put me on this to try and help me sleep. i recently upped

dosage from 25 to 50 mgs.~ normal dosages can be in the 100

-1000mg(Levomepromazine in Germany and Methotrimeprazine in America-its a

phenothiazine). ive had to come home after going out because feel so cold and

need to heat myself up with an external heat source.it happens numerous times a

day and my muscles are sore too. .

any suggestions?
