Help I dont know what to do!

I am in a bind and am feeling overwhelming exhaustion where it is hard to function at all. I get up and I feel disoriented and lightheaded. Weird feeling!! Does everyone feel like this? I am very depressed cause I am losing so much of my life! I feel like I will never get better. All these Dr's throwing AD's at me, or look at me like I am a NUT. Tomorrow I see an endo for the first time, and not to positive about this appt netiher. There isn't much I can do. I started taking iron pills, and waiting on my saliva test still. So I am stick! My daughter is getting married Friday and am not motivated at all. I am so exhausted and weak and all I want to do it lie in bed. The mornings are 10x worse than the night time.
