Guest guest
I just got more recent lab results and wanted to see what your thoughts were on this. The past week I've been feeling so extremely tired and I'm still losing weight rather quickly. TSH 10.3 uIU/mL .45-4.5 Reverse T3 243 pg/mL 90-350 Ferritin, Serum 44 ng/mL 13-150 Triiodothyronine, free serum 3.1 pg/mL 2-4.4 Thyroxine (t4) 1.12 ng/dL .82-1.77 Cortisol - am 15 ug/dL range 6.2-19.4 Over the past two months I had stopped t4 because I have reverse t3. I wasn't taking any t3 yet because my ferritin is low. I have gotten my ferritin up a bit (it went from 18 to 44). I'm wondering what I might need to be doing now, since I'm feeling so tired and wondering what might be going on. I had started taking isocort and then the doctor told me to stop taking it because I might be allergic to it and the desensitization shots were needed. My previous adrenal test back in December was the following: morning 5.3 morning optimal range 7-10 Midday 2.8 midday optimal range 3-6 Evening 2.6 evening optimal range 2-4 Night 2.6 night optimal range <1.5 Thanks so much for your help.
