Thanks, Nick. I'll try your recommended dosing schedule for the NTH and T3. I

do go to bed at 9:00 or 9:30 and I take that last dose as my head hits the

pillow. The adrenal schedule is perfect for me; I was just asking about the NTH

and T3 schedule ;-).

I'll give it some time and see if this new schedule helps me fall asleep better.

I greatly appreciate your time and suggestions!
