Guest guest
Thanks, Nick. I'll try your recommended dosing schedule for the NTH and T3. I do go to bed at 9:00 or 9:30 and I take that last dose as my head hits the pillow. The adrenal schedule is perfect for me; I was just asking about the NTH and T3 schedule ;-). I'll give it some time and see if this new schedule helps me fall asleep better. I greatly appreciate your time and suggestions! > > >> My RT3 to T3 ratio is 18.4% and Val recommended 25 mcg T3 along with dropping my NTH to 3.5 grains. I have 5 mcg Cytomel. I'm dosing T3 five times a day. Does this dosing schedule look right? > > Comments below > > >Second question, does it take time for the bedtime T3 dose to stop disrupting sleep? > > > For most of us it improves sleep. > > > >> 5:00 AM - 2 Grains NTH with 5 mcg T3 with 10 mg HC > >> 9:00 AM - 5 mcg T3 with 10 mg HC > >> 1:00 PM - 1.5 Grains NTH with 5 mcg T3 with 5 mg HC > >> 5:00 PM - 5 mcg T3 > >> 9:00 PM - 5 mcg T3 with 5 mg HC > > Try this instead > > 5:00 AM - 2 Grains NTH with 10 mg HC > 9:00 AM - 10 mcg T3 with 10 mg HC > 1:00 PM - 1.5 Grains NTH with 5 mg HC > 5:00 PM - 5 mcg T3 > 9:00 PM - 5 mcg T3 with 5 mg HC > > Bed time 5mcg T3 (unless you go to bed at 9!) > > I'm not sure about the HC dosing, the adrenal group can help you more > than I can > > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > > Their FAQ Web site is here http://faqhelp.webs.com/ > > Nick > > -- > > for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to > > www.thyroid-rt3.com >
