Conflicting research on RT3?

Hi guys,

In a much older post here, someone copied and pasted some research (but didn't

cite where it came from) that said when labs do your Free T3 test, they do not

distinguish between RT3 and FT3, so your FT3 test could be a mix of both RT3 and

FT3.

If this is correct, then the whole ratio thing would not be accurate, right?

Because it is not really comparing FT3 levels to the RT3 levels.

Does anyone know if this is true or not?
