Guest guest
I've been on 30 mcg/day SR T3 for a month, just switched to Cytomel yesterday. On Val's advice I backed off to 20 mcg/day to allow for the Cytomel being stronger. I've been graphing temps for a month, and my temps are stable, within .2-.3 of each other, but generally around 98.4, occasionally 98.6. I interpret this as adrenals okay (I'm on 10 mg/day HC), but hypothyroid. My pulse always runs in the 60's, and has done so for years, well before I began thyroid treatment. I'm feeling particularly fatigued today, verging on exhaustion. Though I've had CFS for years, I usually feel okay after an early afternoon nap. But not today. Might this relate to the switch to Cytomel? Peggy
