Hi All,

Had a few questions about going Yeast-free. We're already GFCF. Any

ideas on how to bake? It seems that you can't use Xanithan gum

(sp?).

Also, I've heard Dari-free critiqued (Right after I ordered a case

of

the stuff!) Something about fermented potato product. Oh well,

maybe

I could just use those two things and go yeast-free with everything

else.

Any recommendations for a good stevia cookbook?

At my HFS they have many Stevia cookbooks, all seamed to be good. I

ordered SweetBalance to take the place of sugar in all my recipes, it should

be in today so this afternoon I am going to try cupcakes.
