Guest guest
I heard a nutrition lecturer at work recently, and he said that when he was working at a hospital, he saw blood cells stick together after someone consumed fat. He referred to blood like this as thick blood. He didn't specify a type of fat or any other details, and I didn't ask him. I will next time I see him. Is there any truth to this? Years ago I was told by a doctor who was resolutely anti-fat but also anti-refined carbs that the reason my red cells stuck together was my high sugar and refined carb consumption. -
