Guest guest Posted March 28, 2002 Report Share Posted March 28, 2002 Here's what I ride great on (I'm a cyclist).Fresh rolled oats soaked overnight with keifer made into a tea with great salt ,honey(of course that's changeable) sometimes a cinnimon stick in the tea,strain it.
